Based on the beuatiful Isle of Anglesey, this is not a campsite in the traditional sense. It is a place for listening to birdsong with your morning tea, watching the sun slip behind the trees, gathering around a crackling fire beneath a sky full of stars and waking to the gentle rhythm of the natural world. Whether you are seeking solitude, adventure, creative inspiration or simply a chance to breathe more deeply, our Anglesey yurt provides a peaceful base from which to experience the land in its most authentic form.
Surrounded by expansive private land (designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), meadows, woodland and hedgerow habitats, guests are invited to immerse themselves in the Anglesey landscape and experience nature at a gentler pace.
Spend your days exploring nearby footpaths, observing wildlife, foraging with the seasons, sketching, reading, resting or simply allowing yourself the rare luxury of doing very little at all. As darkness falls, gather around the fire, listen to the sounds of the night and experience the kind of stillness that can only be found away from the glow of towns and busy roads.

Guests interested in nature connection, traditional skills, foraging and seasonal living may also wish to explore the courses and experiences that owner Jules Cooper has on offer. The land surrounding the yurt is rich with hedgerow folklore, medicinal plants, edible species and wildlife, making it an ideal retreat for those who feel drawn to the natural world and its many teachings.
